Yeah, they did miss a few significant issues.

They really kicked the monkeys in the bananas, if you know what I mean. They also took away the scouting shunt, which knocks out the GK first strike list. They didn't even touch the simultaneous-vs-sequential Cleansing Flame (though we've already discussed that).
